** Immediate Start ** Temporary Opportunity until 31st January 2022 ** Remote Working ** Monday - Friday Shifts (8.30am - 5.30pm) **
Our client is requiring three customer service professionals to join and assist during the busy Christmas and New Year period.
The individuals must have previous customer service / telephony experience and be able to remain calm under pressure and enjoy providing a high level of service. You will be the first point of contact for all queries from clients.
Liaising with other internal teams to resolve client queries, you will provide a friendly service at all times.
The Individual:
A professional, confident and friendly telephone manner
Proven experience working on telephones, answering inbound and making outbound calls
Fully IT proficient on Outlook, Excel and Word
Be able to work at home successfully - equipment will be provide
Please be advised the successful individuals will be required to pass a DBS and Credit Check.
