** Immediate Start ** Temporary Opportunity until 31st January 2022 ** Remote Working ** Monday - Friday Shifts (8.30am - 5.30pm) **

Our client is requiring three customer service professionals to join and assist during the busy Christmas and New Year period.

The individuals must have previous customer service / telephony experience and be able to remain calm under pressure and enjoy providing a high level of service. You will be the first point of contact for all queries from clients.

Liaising with other internal teams to resolve client queries, you will provide a friendly service at all times.

The Individual:
  • A professional, confident and friendly telephone manner
  • Proven experience working on telephones, answering inbound and making outbound calls
  • Fully IT proficient on Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Be able to work at home successfully - equipment will be provide
  • Please be advised the successful individuals will be required to pass a DBS and Credit Check.
