Lloyd Recruitment Services are delighted to be working with our client, who are looking for customer focused individuals to join their arrears team. You will be a friendly voice on the end of the phone, and using your listening skills will provide advice and guidance to the customers.
We are looking for those that enjoy customer service and want to invest in their career.
Duties:
Receiving incoming and make outbound calls to customers discussing
Offering customers appropriate guidance on their finance agreement
Undertaking an affordability assessments with the customers to establish what they can afford to pay and negotiate payment arrangements by understanding the customers’ circumstances
Ensuring accurate updates on all accounts and process customer payments using relevant systems
Taking ownership of queries and complaints, manage and report them
Administering and maintaining customer agreements
