- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a leading business in the Wolverhampton area who are in search of applicants for their Graduate Training Programme.
This role is for aTrainee Business Process (PMO) candidate for a 12-month contract. Successful applicants may be offered a permanent role with the business at the end of their training period.
The trainee period gives you opportunity to learn about company’s various operations, develop a personal network and find your future workplace.
The objective of the program is to develop young talents in the best way possible and provide insight into company operations and business Units. It is a one-year program with a work assignment, and you will work on a project during the journey. The programme is tailored to the trainee’s background and the unit’s competence needs. As a trainee you will attend regular training and social gatherings where the trainee group meets to acquire new skills and share experiences. Upon completion of the programme, you are offered a permanent position in the department where you will continue to work in a new position.
Trainee Business Process (PMO)
Salary of £25K - £30K DOE
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate workshops to elicit the target transitional and target operating model (TOM)
Gather requirements and consulted extensively with stakeholders to find the appropriate solution
Capture and analyse business processes and workflows and document within standard swim-lane format
Ensure TOMs are implementable within ERP and workflow tools; make amendments and consult with stakeholder group where necessary
Ensure TOM's are integrated across clearly documented processes and that the TOM's align with the future end state vision
Develop the organisational design and support implementation
Take responsibility for challenging colleagues to ensure process is meticulously mapped; challenge exceptions and find possible harmonisation between regional process
Lead coaching and training sessions to explain processes and responsibilities to global stakeholder groups
Interested in developing knowledge of Robotic Process Automation tools and machine learning
Education Required: Degree in an area of business, computing, science or mathematics
Language:English
Specific or Technical knowledge: Continuous improvement, Workflow (swim-lane mapping), ERP, data handling, MS office tools (particularly Visio), basic understanding of coding
