Our client is currently looking for three individuals to join their customer service department, where you will provide full administrative support the team.These roles are suitable for individuals with previous experience or Graduates / students taking a year out.
The Individual:
Maths and English GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent)
Fully IT proficient
Desire and keen to learn
Confident and professional with a friendly and enthusiastic outlook
Duties:
Processing and uploading incoming requests
Sending documentation to customers and clients
Updating in-house system
Sending information packs when requested
Scanning and filing all documentation
