Our client is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis, where you provide full support to the Human Resources team.
** Start Date: ASAP / January 2022 ** Hybrid Working ** Onsite Parking ** Onsite Restaurant and Coffee Shop ** Three Month Temporary Contract **
Providing full Administrative support to the HR team you be assisting on a specific project, which will run until the end of March 2022.
We are looking for an individual with previous experience, who can work to deadlines and produce work to a high standard with excellent attention to detail. Previous experience gained within HR would be an advantage, however is only desirable.
Duties
Sending letters to employees relating to salaries, appraisals, disciplinaries and grievances
Salary and Bonus letters
Ensuring all documentation is uploaded onto staff records and in-house database
Using Excel to run and produce reports
Answering calls from employees and passing onto relevant team member
Assisting with the organisation of meetings / interviews
The Individual:
Professional and confident communicator
Highly organised and methodical – able to prioritise their workload
Fully IT proficient
Previous administrative experience – HR experience / exposure an advantage
Proven experience working with sensitive and private and confidential
