Recruitment Administrator



Immediate and urgent requirement for an experienced administrator to work for one of our longest term clients.



** Immediate Start ** Hybrid office and remote ** Working Hours 8am – 4.30pm / 9am – 5.30pm) ** Possible Temp to Perm Opportunity ** Hourly Rate £10.50 - £12.30 per hour **



Opportunity for an individual who is able to work using their own initiative and enjoy working to targets to work as part of a friendly and hardworking recruitment team, where you will be required to assist in the filling of opportunities, organise interviews and onboarding.



Able to think outside the box, you will also be responsible for Social Media, to ensure maximum output and coverage of opportunities.



The role will be split between office and home working - so you’ll need to be able to work successfully from home, e.g. adequate broadband width, and they’ll provide you with the equipment you’ll need for day to day tasks. Due to the office location, you’ll need ideally to be a car owner/driver.



You will need to be fully competent on Excel, and have a professional telephone manner, as you will be required to make outbound calls.



Duties:



  • Contacting applicants, and establishing their interest / suitability for the role applied for


  • Sending applications to relevant Managers


  • Updating Excel spreadsheet with all activity - submissions / first and second interviews / offers / placements


  • Utilising social media and bringing new ideas to maximise candidate attraction




Your skills will include:



  • The need to be self-motivated, resilient and able to work to deadlines.


  • Capable of tracking activities and maintaining a keen eye for detail.


  • Confident in responding to and reacting accordingly throughout multiple sources.
