** Option for Remote / Office Based or Hybrid Working ** Monday to Friday ** Up to £350 per day (Umbrella company-inside IR35) ** Initial 4-month contract (potential extensions / long term opportunities) **
Focused and driven Internal Talent Acquisition Recruiter sought to join corporate team, initially for a 4-month contract.
The Role:
Experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter sought for Global organisation, to be part of a team responsible for delivering a strategic recruitment plan through targeted recruitment of best-in-class candidates.
Openings span multiple levels across the business, and you’ll be part of the end-to-end process from initial staff requisition to final appointment, in line with global operating procedures and in accordance to best practice principles.
Establish effective interface with the company’s work force planning team and business lines at all of the company’s sites to develop a detailed understanding and of each research area and its organisation.
Partner with the training and learning team and hiring managers to define and implement on boarding best practice.
Creatively source active and passive high-quality talent; develop creative sourcing strategies for hard to fill positions including direct sourcing and internet recruitment.
The successful candidate:
BS degree in Human Resources, Business, a related discipline; or equivalent professional work experience required
Prior HR experience required, preferably in a Direct Recruiter or Recruitment Coordinator capacity
Must have demonstrated ability to develop solid working relationships with both hiring managers and all HR co-workers associated with your client groups
Must have the ability to prioritise work and manage multiple projects
