- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a leading business in the Forest Row area who are currently in search of a Corporate Administrator to join their team.
The ideal candidates will exhibit high standards, good organisational skills, excellent communication ability, take initiative and prioritise daily tasks. Financial services knowledge would be an advantage but is not essential.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and confirm meetings
Ensure file organisation and communicate with providers
Coordinate client needs and assist advisers with their business
Support colleagues as needed
Keeping records up to date
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
