- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a leading business on the outskirts of Uckfield who are in search of applicants for their Graduate Training Programme.
This particular role is for a Trainee Development Engineercandidate for a 12 month contract. Successful applicants may be offered a permanent role with the business at the end of their training period.
The trainee period gives you opportunity to learn about company’s various operations, develop a personal network and find your future workplace.
The objective of the program is to develop young talents in the best way possible and provide insight into company operations and business Units. It is a one-year program with a work assignment, and you will work on a project during the journey. The programme is tailored to the trainee’s background and the unit’s competence needs. As a trainee you will attend regular training and social gatherings where the trainee group meets to acquire new skills and share experiences. Upon completion of the programme you are offered a permanent position in the department where you will continue to work in a new position.
Trainee Junior Product Manager
The purpose of this position is to strengthen our product management a range of products through the collection and compilation of market requirements to support the product road map elaboration and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Collection and analysis of market data analytics
Competitors benchmarking and elaboration of USPs per product
Deep dive in specific application in order to map customer processes and needs
Master data product management
Project management of small product iteration and improvement to support specific market segment offering
Possible specialisation in the Retail market offering and elaboration of a product roadmap proposal
Support in elaboration of new price list entries and launch
Education Required:
Business or marketing, Engineering background also an option but with some specialisation in business.

You have graduated in the last 18 months or you are completing a degree in the Engineering, Technical or Business and Economics fields
