- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a leading business on the outskirts of Uckfield who are in search of applicants for their Graduate Training Programme.
This particular role is for a Junior Retail Sales Support candidate for a 12 month contract. Successful applicants may be offered a permanent role with the business at the end of their training period.
The trainee period gives you opportunity to learn about company’s various operations, develop a personal network and find your future workplace.
The objective of the program is to develop young talents in the best way possible and provide insight into company operations and business units. It is a one-year program with a work assignment, and you will work on a project during the journey. The programme is tailored to the trainee’s background and the unit’s competence needs. As a trainee you will attend regular training and social gatherings where the trainee group meets to acquire new skills and share experiences. Upon completion of the programme you are offered a permanent position in the department where you will continue to work in a new position.
Trainee Junior Sales Support - Retail Sector
The purpose of this role is to support the implementation of a new sales team focusing on the retail segment by providing sales and marketing support activity to the Key Account Managers.
Key Responsibilities
Map key stakeholders, organisational and decision structure, categorise and follow up on activity level
Create key stakeholder database and subject matters to support content and campaign creation together with marketing to support lead generation and nurturing
Support creation of price list, offer template and marketing tools for the retail offering
Support the implementation of channel management for partner sales
Directly manage specific partners and / or Key account under supervision
Establish end to end order process in coordination with existing infrastructure to streamline and embed process
Monitor sales development and project follow up
Education Required: Business Degree
