- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working for a leading firm based in Haywards Heath who are currently in search of a Residential Conveyancer to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Manage own caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions; both sales and purchases
Ad hoc Commercial Conveyancing i.e. Small shops / Offices
Dealing with re-mortgages
Preparing and advising on transfers of equity
Preparing and advising on residential tenancy agreements
Assist in the identification and development of new business opportunities for the department
Compliance with the Firm's routine accounts and administrative disciplines
Objectives:
Agree clear objectives linked to the Firm’s business plan and participate in the performance management system, assessing performance and giving feedback as relevant
Have a personal development plan and evaluate the effect of training on achievement.
Clearly identify the standards and systems required to continually improve our customer service
Comply with all the Firm’s relevant policies and procedures
Ensure confidentiality on all appropriate matters and recognise that any breach of this confidentiality will be treated very seriously
Experience:
2 - 5 years of solid conveyancing experience, including managing own caseload with minimal supervision (Desirable)
Previous experience gained in general practice firms
Salary £40K - £50K DOEplus company benefits
