** Immediate Start ** £11.00 - £12.30 per hour ** Remote Working after Two Weeks Office Training **
Our client is looking for an individual to join their New Starter team, where you will assist with contacting new applicants and assisting with the onboarding of those new employees.
This role will require you to make outbound calls to applicants, so you will need to be confident on the phone, as well as being highly organised and updating all details and stages using Excel.
This position will require you to attend two weeks training in the office, so you will need to be able to travel to Tadworth. After this time the role will allow remote working.
Duties:
Making outbound calls to applicants
Communicating with line managers
Discussing job and role requirements
Organising and scheduling interviews
Obtaining Right to Work documentation
Updating all stages on Excel
The Individual:
Confident and professional telephone manner
Happy to be working on the phones
Confident on Excel
Friendly, self-motivated individual
