- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a reputable business based in East Grinstead who are currently in search of a Site Support Administrator to join their team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
The role:
The ideal candidate will work closely with the Site Support Specialists, working across all booking channels, to ensure accurate data loading for the UK Site Network. You will support the Site Network and the Sites Operations Team on operational matters, providing administrative and site policy support.

Duties:
Co-ordinate and load data as required, ensuring the quality and accuracy of the data loaded
Provide support to the Site Network, changing offsets and allocations, updating and maintaining pricing
Work with the Commercial Team, facilitating price changes, site extensions and changes
Assist in the coordination tasks involved with bookings on UK Sites by liaising with Regional Managers and the Commercial Team
Communicating with Centre coordinators to supply pricing, booking confirmations & updates and sharing information regarding the organised events in a timely manner, following current processes
Work closely on the booking trial
Communicating booking allocation with existing and new customer in a timely manner, by telephone, email & letter where appropriate
Offering regular feedback to Team Manager & Sites Operations Manager on the booking trial, highlighting any concerns or issues throughout the booking process
Assist with any tasks as required to support the Sites Operations Team as the request of Team Manager and/or Sites Operations Manager.
Take ownership of own personal development, learning and maintaining an up to date knowledge of processes, procedures and systems necessary to carry out the role
Essential Skills & Experience Required:
Proven experience of delivering exceptional customer experience
Must be able to demonstrate a confident, empathetic approach by telephone
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Flexibility and aptitude to work to deadlines and react to dynamic workload
Ability to adapt to new systems/change/procedures as required
Able to participate as a team player or work autonomously
Well-developed IT skills – including Google Sheets
Salary of £24K
3 days working in the office and 2 days working from home
