- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working for a reputable organisation based near to Uckfield. There is currently a requirement for a Senior Marketing Executive to join their team on a full time basis.
The role:
Content Writer, supporting day to day activities within the marketing function, offering support to the marketing manager and marketing team. Creating marketing material and enhancing the effectiveness of strategies.

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
Must be a driver due to location
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:
Create content and copy across the companies
Track and evaluate content for monthly report and make changes to content as needed
Create blog and newsletter content for external purposes
Create/write product categories and descriptions ready for upload
Improve and optimise our SEO performance with the agency by copy writing using surfer
Undertake keyword research for writing website content
Collaborate on content and planning calendars
Manage and collaborate new product campaigns and ongoing brand awareness campaigns and assist team members where necessary
Respond to all company and product reviews on Trustpilot and Google
Overlooking and managing the day to day running of department heads and ensuring everything is on track
Reporting plans and reports to manager
Working alongside the head of social media and graphics to ensure consistency
Ensure all content posted follows brand guidelines and latest strategy
Assist with on page website activity to keep the website fresh and active, working with website assistant
Taking reasonable care for your own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by what you do or do not do; and to work within H&S guidance
Ability to demonstrate, understand and apply our workplace values
Ad hoc tasks as reasonably requested by Senior Management
To work as per the Company’s Policies and Operating Procedures
Skills / Competencies:
Attention to detail
High levels of creativity
Organised
Mac and Windows literate
Knowledge of graphic design software
An excellent team player with immediate team or as part of a cross functional team, as applicable
Excellent customer service, either internal or external facing as required
Self-motivated
A collaborative and positive ‘can do’ attitude
Up to date on latest Google changes and marketing skills
Qualifications:
Essential: 3-4 A Levels or equivalent
Desirable: Diploma or Degree in Marketing/Business
Previous experience:
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.
Extensive experience in a marketing role
High levels of creativity
Mac and Windows literate
Excellent team player
