Automatic Enrolment Compliance Administrator
** Permanent ** KPI Bonus ** £21 - £25K **
Lloyd Recruitment are pleased to be working with an established company, who are recruiting an Automatic Enrolment Compliance Administrator, to join their busy team. The Automatic Enrolment Compliance Team is critical in performing administrative duties that ensure adherence and compliance to all regulations.
The duties of this role:
- Provide administrative support to all teams and 3rd party business parties who may assist participating Employers or members
- Provide telephony and email based support and information to Advisers, Accountants, Employers, Employees (of participating employers)
- Resolve queries, troubleshooting and concerns expressed by employees, employers and Introducers to their online application and / or the auto enrolment processes and communications, providing appropriate guidance where necessary
- Adhering to internal processes and protocol to ensure all administrative requirements and strict deadlines are met in accordance with regulated administrative tasks
- Ensuring all administrative functions associated to your duties and role are completed to a high standard and within the provided timescales
- Providing MI – including the provision of all supporting data, collateral and collation of all necessary information in support of said MI
- Manage the uploading of data and communications to company software to keep a complete audit trail
- Support Clients, members, employees and consultants of Creative regarding telephone and email administrative requests
- Pass clients who require regulated advice to the appropriate consultants within the company so that everything we do always remains compliant
- Be compliant in all activities in accordance with regulations and standards
- Meet any continuing professional development objectives
