Outbound Telephone Advisor
** Starting on the 13th October 2021 ** Until 30th November 2021 ** Remote Working ** £10-£10.50 per hour **
Our client is looking for two members of staff to work in an urgent temporary requirement, where you will be required to make contact with clients, discussing their products.
Full training will be provided, however you will need to be a confident and professional communicator, happy to be working on the telephone and making outbound calls.
Please be advised that this role does not require any cold calling, and will be contact clients who have already required information on services.
The Individual:
- Able to work using own initiative
- Fully IT proficient
- Able to follow processes and procedures
- Confident and professional telephone manner
