- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a reputable business in the East Grinstead area who are currently in search of an Events & Operations Executive.
Job Summary
To fulfil a vital link between the Company and its customers facilitating the successful production and delivery of digital advertising campaigns, physical and digital events as well as delivering a great customer experience for existing clients and other customers.

Key Success Criteria
All customer marketing campaigns are delivered on-time and to a high standard
Deliver well attended and successful online and in-person events for the Company and its customers
Provide high levels of customer service to customers and colleagues
Maintain exemplary reporting and tracking and communicate any deadlines at risk
Key Responsibilities
Digital/Physical Events
Preparing digital events platform for each event including creating the event on the platform, uploading content, activating registration
Rehearsing speakers and sponsors for digital events
Live digital event production and delivery
Inviting, on boarding and live event management of event delegates for digital and physical events. Including post event survey management
Digital Analysis
Regularly producing and distributing traffic and user reports
Analysing the performance of advertisers in relation to spend, communicating the results internally and taking necessary action to assist and improve the results of lower performers
Liaising with website clients, users, and salespeople, to ensure high levels of customer service and taking responsibility for ensuring the standards set out in the Production Charter are met or exceeded
Communicating effectively with clients, colleagues and management, to promote good teamwork and avoid problems
Other Support
Managing customer data and all communications with customers including on boarding, recruiting them to events, setting them up on any digital groups (e.g. LinkedIn, member APP etc) and providing other administrative support as required
Assisting the Client Success Manager with projects as and when required
The Company may require you to work in other areas of the business, whether on a permanent or temporary basis, which reasonably reflects your skill set, abilities, and capacity
