Recruitment Coordinator
Duration: 6-month temporary assignment
Location: Epsom and Remote Working
Hours: Monday to Friday / 37 hours a week
Paid: Weekly via PAYE
Rate: £14.00-16.60 p/hour (dependent upon experience)
Extras: Paid Holiday and Pension Scheme Enrolment
Job Description:
You’ll be working closely with a team of recruiters in this international company, to manage the recruiting activities and candidate relationships.
Using your strong organisational capabilities, great communication skills, ability to quickly flex into different situations at a moment’s notice you’ll be up for and keen to experience the challenges of recruitment.
Talent Acquisition Team Activity:
Post jobs to websites, job boards, social platforms, advertisements or media agencies (print).
Schedule interviews and help scheduling of assessment centres.
Update the in-house database system with candidate activity.
Pre-screen CVs.
Invoice/travel expense form processing.
Pre-employment Candidate On-boarding:
Log Offer details and prepare Offer letters and packs.
Conduct pre-employment requirements (background verification) and manage the whole process until candidate is completed.
Coordinate candidate "day one" payroll information, as well as any additional sign-on bonus payments included in the offer letter.
Ensure compliance with local labour laws as it relates to candidate and job requisition information.
Actively participate in local Talent Acquisition projects to drive productivity and enhance Talent Acquisition brand internally and externally.
Qualifications (Training, Education & Prior Experience):
Experience with demonstrated ability to carry out administrative tasks efficiently and accurately in a recruitment function.
Previous experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or HR environment is required.
Strong organisational skills with a proven ability to independently prioritise work
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Ability to communicate and work effectively with all levels of management.
Must be responsible and a self-starter with high attention to detail
Ability to work in a team environment and be willing to share workload with other administrative support.
