South London Based Client ~ Corporate Office Environment
Monday to Friday (no weekends) ~ Growing and Expanding Department
Are you an experienced Sales Support Team Leader or very competent Coordinator, looking to take the next step up to a Team Leader role?
If the answer to the above question is yes, we may have the role for you.
You’ll be a hands-on individual, happy to lead by example, and ensure that each member of your team is fully trained to achieve and exceed their personal expectations, as well as those of their colleagues.
Your team is the first point of contact for everyday operations and activities of the sales teams, so you’ll need to be organised, confident in directing and amending workflows to meet targets and deadlines.
Here’s what you’ll be able to offer to the team:
Ability to work with the Sales Manager to build the team and motivate them at all times
Experience of producing and working with reports on productivity and KPI’s
Confident handing incoming queries from the team and internal and external customers including escalations
Awareness of the need for quality checking and meeting company standards and client expectations.
A keenness to always look out for ways to improve productivity and streamlining for the team and department
