Are you:
Free for the next 12 months.?
Happy temping week by week under a PAYE arrangement.?
Looking for a combined administration and secretarial role.?
An experienced administrator able to multi-task.?
Happy to work on your own within a busy team setting.?
Keen to help others out to reach deadlines and targets.?
Confident making appointments and re-arranging meetings and coordinating with colleagues over different time zones.?
Happy to create travel and meeting documents, including presentations.?
Confident using Microsoft applications - especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.?
I’m looking for someone with experience of working in a previous administration or team support role (min of 18 mths), who’s going to be happy to provide administrative support to colleagues as well as support to other groups within the department.
