Thames Ditton is where our client is based, and if successful, you’ll be joining them as an Operations Executive, assisting with managing operational suppliers for the business. This will mean ensuring all KPI’s/SLA’s are met, customer concerns are investigated and processes are kept under review, and compile operational reports for internal and external clients accordingly.
Duties
Working with the Head of Operations (HoO), to ensure a robust supplier management framework is in place for all operational suppliers through effective SLA’s and KPI metrics.
Regularly reviewing supplier performance and ensuring the companies Operational and Contractual standards are met and any customer concerns are dealt with effectively by the supplier.
Organising and assisting with regular review meetings with all key suppliers to review KPI metrics, review any concerns, ensure the company are receiving competitive terms and investigate further opportunities for business.
Assisting with the supplier tender process.
Maintaining supplier contracts, ensuring that contracts are up to date.
Assisting with collating all relevant management reporting.
Collating all relevant client KPI reports and client review data.
Collating any rebate payments from suppliers and to ensure that invoices are raised in accordance with agreed timeframes.
Maintaining the Fleetondemand (FOD) platform for daily hire and undertake related daily tasks, as required.
Supporting our business development team in the preparation of tender bids.
The ideal candidate will have
Extensive administration experience
Ability to deliver high levels of customer service and client satisfaction
Supplier relationship management experience
Good level of sector, industry and product knowledge
Skills
Capable of evaluating the needs of the situation, priorities, constraints and exploring commercial terms.
Focused on performance and delivering results with a ‘can do’ approach
Ability to interpret, extract, manipulate and analyse data accurately using Excel at an intermediate to advanced level.
Identifying issues and presenting potential solutions
Highly proficient in MS Office applications with the confidence and ability to learn new systems and technology when required
Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines
Articulate and concise
Effective communicator both orally and in writing.
Ability to produce accurate work to tight deadlines under pressure
The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Ability to problem solve and think outside the box
Presentation capability to both internal and external audiences
