Opportunity for an individual looking to continue their career in Risk, Control, Compliance or Quality?
** Basic: £22700 ** Quarterly Bonus Incentive ** Excellent Benefits Package ** ** 9am – 5pm ** Opportunities for Progression and Development **
Working for a market leader, you will ensure that the quality monitoring is implemented and that issues relating to quality and compliance are addressed.
Checking work to ensure policy and procedures are followed to a high-quality standard to ensure customers have a world class experience when making contact with the relevant departments.
Working closely with other departments you will need to be a professional and confident communicator, able to build a rapport with all levels.
No two days will be the same, so you will need to be able to work to deadlines and able to prioritise your workload.
Duties:
Carry out quality checks
Provide feedback and results
Monitor performance, ensuring that employees are FCA compliant
Provide support and guidance where weaknesses are identified
Highlight any failings within the business
Provide resolution of queries in a timely and efficient manner
Monitor administration processes and PPI case handling process
The Individual:
Proven track record in successfully achieving objectives, especially in meeting quality and compliance
Knowledge and experience working in a regulated environment – FCA / TCF
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
A passion for delivering exemplary customer service
Excellent communicator both verbal and written
Previous experience of quality monitoring
