- Payroll & Onboarding Administrator (part time)
Lloyd Recruitment Services has a fantastic opportunity to join our client, who are looking for an individual to join their team on a part time basis.
You will be required to process contract staffs payroll / timesheets, as well as assisting with all new starter onboarding, and organising / scheduling training sessions. This opportunity can be carried out over a few hours each day, or alternatively two / three days per week.
My Client is looking for a strong all-rounder; however knowledge and experience in payroll, HR or Training environment could be advantageous
The successful candidate will be super organised, have extremely good attention to detail and who can remain Calm when faced with multiple demands with the ability to prioritise.
The role;
Assist with recruitment and on boarding
Maintaining records and databases relating to new starters/training
Schedule and co-ordination of training across the business ensuring staff are fully up to date with all qualifications and keeping record.
Processing timesheets ready for Payroll on a weekly basis
General administrative support
