~ Up to £30k basic + upto 2.5% Performance Related Bonus ~

Candidates must be a time served HGV Technician qualified to City & Guilds, Manufacturer or ATA standards
We are keen to be able to assist one of our long standing clients on the search for a Technical Services Executive to join them at their offices in Thames Ditton.
You’ll be providing a high level of service delivery to the company’s clients in all areas of the Technical Services operation as well as provide support/guidance for all areas of the business that interact with the department.
The Role:
To monitor and action all modules of systems such as 1Link, R2C and Fleetware in order to ensure that the focus is always maintained on costs control and vehicle downtime.
To ensure that all work authorised is in accordance with inspection regimes, servicing
Schedules and industry recognised times. Whilst paying attention to vehicle histories contract type, contract duration, warranty position and client specific procedures.
To ensure breakdown and recoveries are directed to appropriate network repairers in accordance with departmental procedures.
Liaising with vehicle manufacturers, bodybuilders and converters in order to escalate issues and secure warranty and goodwill contributions.
To ensure that department emails and telephone calls are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
To help and advise internal departments with technical and procedural questions.
To carry out all specified administrative tasks according to operational procedures, to include (but not limited to) service bookings, downtime management reports, and invoice processing.
The Successful candidate:
High level of industry knowledge/awareness
Proficient in MS Office applications with the confidence and ability to learn new systems and technology when required
Good working knowledge of 1 Link and/or R2C
Ability to produce accurate work to tight deadlines under pressure
Ability to communicate clearly both in written and verbal communications
