Entry level opportunity where the successful individual will process vehicle finance applications for motorbikes, watercraft and caravans as well as brand names Caterham and McLaren.
Dealing with dealerships you will provide advice and guidance to motor dealers or brokers and ensure the applications received are completed correctly.
This is not a call centre position, although you will need to be confident to communicate over the phone with external and internal contacts.
Duties:
Checking funding documentation
Processing applications and ensuring all documentation is uploaded to the portal
Ensuring underwriting conditions are met
Contacting Dealerships to chase outstanding applications
Liaising with field based sales staff
Taking inbound calls from dealerships
The individual:
Maths and English GCSE (grade C or above or equivalent)
High levels of accuracy
Confident communicator
Excellent written grammar and English
Highly organised
Numerate – enjoy working with numbers
