- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a leading company based on the outskirts of Edenbridge who are looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant on a 6 to 8 month fixed term contract. This person will be working within the Finance department and will be trained on Credit Control.
The successful candidate will be a proactive, driven, and enthusiastic Administrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for timely and efficient collection of debtor payments through all communication streams. They will need to have a keen eye for detail and will always be looking for ways to improve. The candidate will have strong Excel skills and the ability to manage different CRMs as well as a personable yet assertive manner.
Requirements:
A confident and persistent approach with excellent communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
Excellent telephone and written communication skills with the ability to talk ‘off-script’
Strong numeracy and IT skills including experience using Excel at an intermediate level
Ability to work easily under pressure and meet multiple deadlines
Flexibility and a can-do attitude
Able to work in a fast-paced role
Excellent attention to detail, meticulous administration, organisational and time-management skills
Cash posting, allocation and reconciliation
Chasing balances and some month end reporting
Salary between 18K-20K depending on experience
6-8 months fixed term contract
Monday to Friday
Must be a driver due to location
