- Neighbourhood Enforcement Officer – 6 Month Fixed Term Contract
Lloyd Recruitment Services are delighted to be able to assist our client, a local housing association in the search for a Neighbourhood Enforcement Officer.
The ideal candidate will have up-to-date knowledge of housing legislation and recent experience of working in a social housing environment.
The Role;
Identify, develop and implement preventative measures and diversionary projects to reduce Anti-Social behaviour, tenancy fraud and subletting
Ensuring investigative, enforcement and preventative activities are actioned effectively to support tenants at all stages
Ensure close work and referrals with relevant agencies to help residents to be supported and safeguarded.
Conducting interviews and witness statements, help preparing legal proceedings including acting as Court Witness
Pursue appropriate legal action including injunctions, possession orders etc.
In return for your hard work ourclient offers a competitive salary, car allowance and up to 25 days annual leave, 35 hour working week.
