A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our client, who are looking for confident individuals to join and support their customer service department.
The Role:
As Customer Service Administrator you will be responsible for providing high levels of support to the customers, partner and external 3rd parties whilst ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction at all times.
Provide prompt and efficient responses to enquiries.
Take ownership and responsibility when handling enquiries via calls, emails or post.
Carry out general administrative duties to include data entry, scanning, filing and processing
The successful candidate:
Will be Computer literate with experience of Microsoft office, be able to work under pressure, have a can do attitude and be able to prioritise workload effectively and efficiently.
Some experience of working within a customer service or administration environment is essential, full training will be given to ensure you have everything you need to complete your role successfully.
