** Opportunity for a focused and driven Graduate **
** Keen to work in the Headhunting / Recruitment sector **
Our client is looking for a focused and driven Graduate to join their established and professional team.
Providing support to the Consultants, you will engage in resourcing and searching for targeted appointments globally, ensuring a high level and confidential approach is conducted at all times.
Utilising various resources (includingsocial media), there is a genuine opportunity to receive attractive commissions / bonus for those who are hard-working and who would also like to progress their career in an executive search role.
Responsibilities:
Create/update target lists of relevant target companies and map candidates accordingly
Perform accurate and in-depth research using all available resources, whether through known contacts or online (LinkedIn, Viadeo, Xing etc.)
Identify key target candidates and, if applicable, make the first contact
Ensure the new candidate data is accurately logged to the database and tagged to the relevant assignment
Coordinate with a consultant to decide next course of action if a response is given; whether transferring to a consultant or arranging a further discussion
Ensure all phone based communication is professional, upbeat and friendly
Take messages as appropriate and arrange a suitable time for appropriate consultant to call back
Update candidate database fully following calls
If further calls are arranged, update the calendar and send relevant invites
Experience:
Fluent English – both written and spoken
Detail orientated
Additional languages a plus
Excellent communicator and networker
Tenacious, autonomous and driven to succeed
Motivated by process and quality
