- Learning & Development Administrator
** Opportunity to become part of a great team ** Excellent Benefits Package ** Competitive Salary **
Providing support to the Learning & Development teams, you will ensure efficient use of resources across all parts of the business. You will also be responsible for the new employee introduction and onboarding through administration and reporting.
Duties:
Administration of all new starters
Administration of systems and databases
Support Talent programmes
Monitor and Report on staff completion on mandatory regulatory training and performance appraisals
Booking of resources and diary management
Support with booking of accommodation, catering and logistics
The Individual:
Previous Learning & Development experience / exposure
Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, TEAMS and PowerPoint
Experience of Data Management
Excellent Communicator
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
Highly organised
