- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a reputable company who are looking to recruit for a Fire Risk Assessor to join their friendly team on a permanent basis. The role will be based in and around Surrey, Sussex and the South East.
Salary £35K - £40K depending on experience
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Visiting our customers sites and conducting fire risk assessments
Generating detailed fire risk assessment reports
Residential and commercial units
Sending thorough reports to the risk assessment department to review
Maintaining internal fire safety checks at relevant offices
Identifying issues and proposing solutions for our customers
Covering London and the South East areas for several private healthcare providers and housing associations
About you:
We are looking for an experienced Fire Risk Assessor who has the drive and enthusiasm to provide an outstanding service to our customers every day. Our ideal candidate will have:
A recognised Fire Safety Qualification such as NEBOSH, FPA or FIA
Previous experience conducting fire risk assessments
Sound knowledge of Fire Legislation in the UK
Ability to work independently as this is a field based role
Full, clean, UK Driving Licence
