- Lloyd Recruitment Services have a new opportunity with a world-renowned company, who are looking for an experienced Administrator to assist, support and augment the busy team.
This temporary contract has been signed for 12 months initially, with a possible extension beyond (although not guaranteed).
Training will be provided to you for a period of 4-5 weeks initially, and you’ll be home based before a safe return to the office is possible.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration of electronic and hard copy records (e.g. current paper calibration certificates), according to standard operating procedures.
Coordinate vendor activities, including GMP-qualification and adherence to the business’ contractual terms and conditions.
Coordinate and schedule activities between service Vendors, customer operations and GWS engineering colleagues for work on facility, process & lab equipment.
Scheduling of in house work orders.
Follow call handing processes for corrective works.
Inbox management.
System housekeeping (EAMS/GDMS/SharePoint).
Raising of purchase orders, financial reconciliation/invoice and payment queries
Chasing of vendor reports and completing work orders.
Attend regular vendor and customer meetings and supply work orders status data.
Updating EAMS database records as required.
Managing training function for the department including: creating courses, managing job roles, booking training, sending invites, updating of records and tracker and compiling monthly training compliance metrics.
Qualifications & Experience
Proficient knowledge of database and document management.
Excellent Information Technology skills.
Flexible working as well as being able to perform under pressure and under your own initiative.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint.
Experience of working within a team.
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong ability to plan and prioritise work.
Not easily distracted or diverted from key priorities.
Able to undertake data inputting activities rapidly with a high degree of accuracy
