- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to work with a growing business who are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their friendly team.
The role:
Daily processing of sales orders in a timely and efficient manner using Microsoft Dynamics
Handling high volumes of calls and emails from customers
Being first point of call for initial customer enquires
Ability to remain calm in a busy working environment
Ability to prioritise own workload to achieve optimum results
Accurately inputting data onto in-house system and Excel spreadsheets
Liaising with a varied customer base whilst always providing excellent customer service
Working closely with the sales team to assist with any administrative support that is required
General office administration tasks such as filling, scanning and ordering supplies
Always remaining professional and representing the company brand through e-mail, in-person, and telephone interaction
Be actively involved in the entire sales order process and support of the sales team
Personal attributes:
Previous experience as an administrator within a sales team (preferable)
Computer literate including basic use of Excel
Be calm and measured under pressure
Excellent communication skills
Possess great organisational skills and able to manage own workload
Professional approach to work
Experienced using Microsoft Dynamics
Friendly and reliable employee
Show a dedication to productivity & efficiency
Full time employment: Either 8.30am to 5:00pm / 9.00 - 5.30 Monday to Friday
Salary £20,000
