Do you have experience of working within the construction / building sector.?
Lloyd Recruitment Services are looking for an experienced Part TimeAdministrator to join a family run business near Banstead.
Initially joining on an ongoing temporary basis, there is a possibility that it could move into a permanent part-time opportunity in the future.
Work Pattern:
21 hours a week - ideally 3 full days a week, however, could be split to accommodate school run/family commitments if applicable
Duties:
Confident manging and tracking of client records – ensuring that each contact is allocated to the correct project
Being one of the first pointsof contact for clients and customers to the business - predominately over the phone, and occasional face to face visits.
Simple bookkeeping and basic accounts duties, including - banking, invoice logging, chasing payments
Use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook on a day-to-day basis.
