Description
Lloyd Recruitment Services are looking for an experience Part-time Administrator to join our client, where you will provide full administrative support to the Marketing, Communications and HR / Payroll team.

 

This is a part-time position, working 21 hours per week, and is being offered on a temp to perm opportunity basis.

 

Duties:

 



  • File copies of confidential staff documents, such as contracts and references


  • Scan documents, such as annual reviews and upload them to the HR system


  • Support the HR team in maintaining staff folders and filing additional information


  • Convert paper records to electronic: scanning, labelling and filing pdfs


  • Print mail merge agreements


  • Support department head of service in maintaining files of relevant documents, policies and procedures / reports




Experience

 



  • Previous administrative support


  • Proven experience supporting various departments / teams


  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy


  • Methodical, organised and able to work to targets and deadlines


  • Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Diary Management


 

Salary of £12,900



Rate: £11.80 per hour
