- Lloyd Recruitment Services are looking for an experience Part-time Administrator to join our client, where you will provide full administrative support to the Marketing, Communications and HR / Payroll team.
This is a part-time position, working 21 hours per week, and is being offered on a temp to perm opportunity basis.
Duties:
File copies of confidential staff documents, such as contracts and references
Scan documents, such as annual reviews and upload them to the HR system
Support the HR team in maintaining staff folders and filing additional information
Convert paper records to electronic: scanning, labelling and filing pdfs
Print mail merge agreements
Support department head of service in maintaining files of relevant documents, policies and procedures / reports
Experience
Previous administrative support
Proven experience supporting various departments / teams
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Methodical, organised and able to work to targets and deadlines
Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Diary Management
Salary of £12,900
Rate: £11.80 per hour
