- Lloyd Recruitment Services are recruiting on behalf of a FTSE 250 financial services organisation who seeks a Securities Administrator to fulfil a 12 month contract within their Securities team.
The client is a well established, and highly respected financial services group. They offer a professional, friendly and supportive working environment.
Main Responsibilities:
To provide administrative support in the completion of contracts, production of documents, and provision of searches, whilst ensuring a smooth, timely, and well managed experience for all parties. To ensure continuity of legal security is maintained for new clients and the existing client base.
We are firmly committed to delivering ‘Good Customer Outcomes’ for all our customers particularly in regards to documentation, fees and 3rd party suppliers. This includes the following:
Monitoring and delivery of relevant departmental service level agreements.
Assisting with the ongoing maintenance of master legal suites in conjunction with Securities Manager.
To support a team of Securities Co-ordinators in progressing new clients from initial underwriting approval to the first pre-payment by the production of accurate timely facility documentation.
To produce additional legal documentation and variation letters for existing clients, ensuring each process is conducted within the departmental standard operating procedures.
To complete all steps necessary to perfect Security in relation to all new and existing clients, including registration of debentures, new legal file completion and systems updates post Client commencement.
Complete customer due diligence (CDD) checks on all new customers before transactions are funded.
Screen all new and existing customers, beneficial owners and related parties as required for sanctions and PEPs; resolve false positives in accordance with standard procedures.
Skills/Experience Required:
The client is looking for a strong administrator; a background in the financial
services/insurance/finance/legal industries would be advantageous but by no means essential.
Essentially the client is looking for a positive, personable and conscientious team player with a keen eye for detail, high levels of accuracy, and with strong communication and administrative skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes – in particular Word and Excel
