- Lloyd Recruitment Services are looking for an Assistant Distribution Coordinator who will assist Clinical Supply Logistics with daily administrative tasks to help to process, support and monitor material moves throughout the order cycle. Some of these tasks are outlined below and may vary based on the needs of specific projects.
Duties include:
Management of department mailbox
Direct assignment for clinical program specific support
Process miscellaneous shipments and track to delivery
Upload and maintenance of distribution documentation into the system
Run specific reports that enable the group to collate Cold Chain information
Assist with shipments to clinical sites
Experience:
Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptive
Self-starter and works well independently and with a team.
Manages risk and uncertainty well
Independent thinker who has the potential to provide increasingly strong contributions to the role
Demonstrate the ability to align an organisation and motivate staff to achieve challenging objectives through constructive behaviours
Ability to effectively use verbal and written communication in a global work environment
Ability to multi task and prioritise appropriately
Attention to detail demonstrated in all deliverables
