- Lloyd Recruitment Services are delighted to be recruiting for a leading, local MOT and Service garage that seek a Service Manager to add value to their team.
The client is a well-established family run business with a fantastic reputation in the local area, and provide a range of services to personal and business clients. They’re business is built predominantly by referral and recommendation. They have an established and settled workforce and seek this front of house team member to help the business with its continued growth.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers through a variety of methods and ensure action / response is completed in a timely manner
Manage the selling process from initial opportunity through delivery and to completion
Manage the allocation of parts to the workshop
Ensure effective administration of Workshop Tracking System
Skills & experience required:
It is preferred that applicants have a background within the motor industry however not essential. The client seeks a personable, enthusiastic, methodical individual with a positive ‘can do/will do’ attitude.
Excellent customer service, communication (spoken and written), and rapport building skills are essential, alongside the ability to work in a team situation as well as on your own initiative.
The successful applicant will be well versed in multi-tasking and prioritising, able to work to multiple deadlines, and will possess the ability to apply logic and reasoning when problem solving.
Applicants must also be well presented and punctual.
Remuneration
£19-24k PA Basic (Experience Based)
Benefits: KPI related bonus, 4% Employer Contribution to pension (company or private), 20 days holiday PA, highly discounted personal vehicle maintenance/repair, and regular company social activities.
