Initial three-month temporary assignment
Looking for individuals with previous customer service / call centre experience
Lloyd Recruitment Services are looking for professional individuals to join our client in the local area.
Communicating to a high standard, these positions will see you working in a call centre department providing first class support and service to clients and customers.
Ideally we are looking for individuals who have gained previous pensions or finance / insurance experience, however full training will be provided to those from a call centre background who are keen to progress into this industry.
Duties:
First point of contact for inbound queries from customers
Making outbound calls to customers to obtain information and respond to follow ups
Responding to Web Chat
Responding to business emails
Handling escalated calls on occasion
Experience:
Previous call centre experience
Confident, professional and clear telephone manner
Self-motivated and driven
A passion for customer service
Enjoy working in a high-volume telephone position
