Description
Lloyd Recruitment Services are delighted to be assisting a long standing, client, a well established and award winning independent financial advisory business, that are looking to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator to provide support to a team of Wealth Managers, whilst  providing an exceptional service to their individual and corporate clients.

 

Chartered Financial Planners and directly registered, our client offers a stable, secure, professional and friendly working environment. The client is offering a competitive salary and benefits package, and a 35 hour working week.

 

Key Tasks and Responsibilities


  • Issuing, tracking, and managing Letters of Authority (and any queries) through to completion.


  • Updating and completing diarised entry updates.


  • Submission of new business application forms/paperwork where required.


  • Completing all aspects of the Annual Review process.


  • Pre-Report policy information data harvest.


  • Dealing with Ad-hoc pre-sale queries.


  • Completing client Money laundering verification process.


  • Issuing policy documents and case closure letters.


  • Deal with telephone and email queries generated by clients or providers.


 

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

It is essential that applicants have previous administrative experience within the pensions/investment arena, ideally gained within an IFA or wealth manager.

 


  • A technical knowledge of pension s is an essential requirement.


  • Experience in the use of Adviser Office (1st software) is advantageous but not essential.


  • Excellent organisational skills.


  • Ability to prioritise workloads essential.


  • Team player who likes variety in their job and works well in a small team.


  • The ability to work flexibly will be required.


  • Good verbal and written communication skills.


  • Excellent personal skills in order to work with a range of colleagues and clients.


  • Competent in MS Office packages including Excel, Word, and Outlook.


  • Keen to learn & progress.
