- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a reputable company based in Forest Row. There is currently a requirement for Warehouse Operatives to join them on a temporary basis. For the right person, this could lead on to longer term / ongoing work.
This is a busy, varied and fast paced environment so requires someone hard working and reliable.
Duties:
Assisting in the correct picking of customer orders
Assisting in the offloading of incoming deliveries and perform detailed quality and quantity control checks
Processing and filing paperwork associated with picking, collection and dispatch functions
Organising and rotating stock when required
Maintaining a clean and tidy working area and ensure that a good level of Health and Safety standards are maintained
Carry out other warehouse duties as required
Experience:
Be approachable and have a can-do attitude
Enjoy working in a warehouse/yard environment
Be a team player
Be a good communicator
Have basic IT skills
Good attention to detail
Be calm under pressure
Previous proven warehouse experience essential
Forklift licence desirable - not essential
A valid UK licence and own transport will be of an advantage due to the location
Rate - £8.72 - £10.00 per hour DOE
