Description
Lloyd Recruitment Services are looking to recruit experienced Customer Service individuals to work for a leading employer in the local area.



Working initially in a three month temporary contract, these individuals MUST have previous pensions experience to work on a new project for one of their largest clients.



Starting on the 24th November 2020, individuals will be required to undergo a Credit Check and obtain a DBS.



Duties:



  • First point of contact for all inbound queries from customers


  • Making outbound calls to customers to obtain information and respond to follow ups


  • Responding to Web Chat


  • Responding to business emails


  • On occasions handling escalated calls




Experience:



  • Individuals must have previous pensions experience


  • Be happy to work in a high volume telephone based role (approximately 50 per day)


  • Be a confident and friendly communicator, with a positive and enthusiastic personality


  • Excellent written communication / literacy
