- Lloyd Recruitment Services are working with a leading organisation based in Crawley.
Our client is looking to recruit an Operations Team Leader that will help upscale the business due to their continued growth.
Duties to include:
Management of a new office move
Set up of new office move to include to stock control system, stock rotation system, all eventually to be digital
Contribute to the deliverance of a company upscaling with ideas and innovation
Management of software for engineers (includes setting up and overseeing)
Management and overseeing the companies vehicle fleet (monthly checks, management of insurances, Mot's and servicing)
Implement Health and Safety in the tool place carrying our tool box talks / office talks
Be able to prepare office to engineer meetings once a month to further promote clarity
Admin duties to include answering calls, procurement and buying of equipment / materials
Load goods / stock in and out as required
Experience required:
Ideally previous operational experience gained in a mechanical environment would be an advantage but not critical
Stock management and assistance with implementing stock management systems
Customer Service
Diary management
Technically minded
Ability to think on feet and get involved in all areas of the business
Solid IT skills
Meet and greet visitors
Work well under pressure
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join and progress within the company
Salary: £20,000 - £27,000 depending on experience
