Do you have a minimum of 2 years previous Stores, Yard and Driving/Delivery experience?
Do you have a full clean driving licence?
Do you have a current forklift licence?
Are you able to commit to a full time 6 month contract?
Do you live within a sensible commute of the Gatwick (RH6) area?
Lloyd Recruitment Services are excited to offer out a 6 month fixed term contract for an experienced Stores / Yard / Driver, for an expanding company.
You’ll be working as part of a team, to ensure that all stores, stock and delivery activities continue to run smoothly and within given timescales for each project. Your duties will be split between the following areas:
Stores
Creating PO’s and recording goods in/out
Overseeing stock activities – paper and computer recording, checks and ordering as required
Use of forklifts where needed for deliveries
Liaising with tradesman as required
Yard
Maintain H&S and RT Regulations at all times
Monitor and maximise waste recycling possibilities
Driving
Deliveries and collections to external customers and suppliers from various locations geographical area and further afield where needed.
Maintaining safe loading and unloading activities
Securing materials for transportation
