- Lloyd Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a highly professional, well established financial services organisation that seek an analytically minded Administrator to join their Investment department.
The role is heavily administrative focused and requires a very keen eye for detail and an extremely high level of accuracy.
Duties will include
Ensuring documentation sent out in a timely manner
Ensuring all documentation is checked prior to sending to client
Updating database with new clients details and any bespoke requirements
Managing transaction of instructions on receipt. Subsequent diary entries to be actioned/chased within company set timeframes
Any other administrative work in office to be undertaken as required
Answering the phone and responding to client queries
Providing support to the main administration team when required
The client seeks a strong administrator with a keen interest in the investment/financial services industry, any previous experience within investment administration and/or financial services would be advantageous.
Previous industry experience is not essential, the essential requirement is to be analytically minded and have an extremely high standard of accuracy, so the client will be aware of the administrative experience gained and the environment gained from i.e. legal, insurance, accountants etc.
The client offers a very friendly and professional working environment so a personality to match is also essential, you should be articulate, excellent written and spoken English, and a strong team player who is willing to muck in to ensure daily tasks are achieved.
The client will support studies for professional qualifications (IMC, DipPFS).
Salary is to £25k and will be based on experience and qualifications.
