- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be supporting our client, who are looking for an Information Management Administrator / Analyst.
Working in a 16 week temporary role, duties will require the successful individual to support the Information Management team on a day to day basis with daily tasks, providing dedicated support.
Main duties Include:
Providing support for daily tasks
Providing dedicated support to key projects – Inclusive of systems and tools owned by regulatory Information Management
Giving support dedicated to COVID related actions
Responsibilities:
Author User Acceptance test scripts for the system and tools owned by IM
Dry run and execute user expectance test scripts
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the submissions systems and tools
Understand the regulatory submissions standards guidance
Provide technical and regulatory standard support to the team
Ensure all processes are carried out according to guidelines and standard operating procedures
Assist with metric management and reporting for Business Request Forms and Change Requests
Assist investigations of ideation options for system enhancement requests
Undertake other ad-hoc Information Management activities as instructed by supervisor
Experience:
Prior work experience working in a project or IT related support role
Working with cross functional teams
Adjusting to new priorities; adaptable to changing priorities
Desirable Attributes:
Experience of system or User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Experience in a regulated environment
The successful individual will be required to pass full referencing, a Satisfactory Credit History and Criminal Conviction checks.
