- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a leading engineering company in the Horsham area who are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join their busy team.
The role:
You will be providing support to the Sales Compliance Manager in dealing with any duties to do with sales administration that may be required. The ideal candidate would be intelligent, proactive, and have a flexible approach to work.
Salary up to £25,000 depending on experience
Responsibilities:
Handling day to day administration for the sales team
Deal with incoming enquiries from existing customers and prospective customers
Generate quotations using the in-house CRM system and follow up accordingly
Ensure all customer information is accurately logged on to the CRM system
Research and obtain supplier quotations
Enter third-party supplier quotation and ensure they remain valid within agreed period
Plan and prioritise sales activities using the CRM system
Daily management of tender and compliance
Assist with the processing of sales orders as required
Providing, collating data and reporting on all departmental KPI data
Provide and update sales reports
Provide ad-hoc support to the purchasing team
Person specification:
Minimum of 2 years sales administration experience
Previous working experience within a manufacturing/ engineering industry
Have excellent attention to detail
Have a methodical approach
Be able to handle large amounts of paperwork and data
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Have strong numeracy skills
Have good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Be proactive, positive, enthusiastic, passionate, and driven
Be a good team player
Someone that makes things happen with a can do and will do attitude
Be able to adapt to changing priorities
Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
