Are you looking for a 1st Line Help Desk role?
Do you enjoy problem solving in a technical environment?
Are you a confident communicator over the phone?
Keen to progress your experience and career in a helpdesk environment in the future?
This is an entry level role, and you’ll have studied for an IT qualification during your education, combined with ideally 6 months experience of working in an IT environment – if it’s been in a helpdesk setting even better.
