Lloyd Recruitment are working with this well-established financial services company, they urgently require a Helpdesk Support Executive to join their thriving team.
This role would ideally suit a College/University leaver with qualifications in ICT and/or Computing with Helpdesk Support & SQL knowledge that is looking to start their career or someone with up a year’s work experience in a Helpdesk Support role.
Full training will be provided on their bespoke software as well as ongoing training and support.
Responsibilities:
Provide front line customer support
Speaking with customers via phone and email
Building relationships with customers
Liaise with directors and team members to ensure all queries are dealt with in a timely manner
Develop, monitor, improve and provide advice on all things IT
Skills and experience:
Strong IT/Helpdesk Support skills
Excellent Customer Service skills
Experience with SQL (Structured Query Language)
Quick to learn new skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong administration skills and attention to detail
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to communicate at all levels
Hardworking
IT literate and proficient in IT packages
