This role will suit a College or University leaver.
Are you able to commit to a 2-year temporary assignment?
Do you have previous experience of working with computers and software in the workplace?
Are you a problem solver, able to spot issues before they become errors?
Happy working within a regulated environment - where each stage needs to be met, before progressing to the next?
Keen to gain experience working in a project environment?
Working as an Associate Assistant, you’ll be supporting the work of the Information Management Team on various projects, including Planning, Tracking, User Acceptance Testing and Publishing of both systems and tools
Main duties will include:
Author User Acceptance test scripts for the systems and tools owned by IM
Dry Run and Execute User Acceptance test scripts
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the submissions systems and tools
Understand the regulatory submission standards guidance
Provide technical and regulatory standard support to the team
Ensure all processes are carried out according to guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Assist with metric management and reporting for Business Request Forms and Change Requests
Assist investigations of ideation options for system enhancement requests
Undertake other ad-hoc Information Management activities as instructed by supervisor
Key attributes required:
GCSE’s or equivalent, including Mathematics and English (grades A-C)
Well versed in working with computers and computer software
Working with cross functional teams
Proven experience of adjusting to new priorities; adaptable to changing priorities
Experience of system or user acceptance testing
Due to the location of the client office, you’ll need to have your own transport and be within a sensible commute to Sandwich in Kent.
